Starting from July 16, 2019, any foreigner who stay legally in Korea over 6 months is required to subscribe to the National Health Insurance Services.
Under the new regulations, all foreigners include expatriates residing in South Korea, should registered to the National Health Insurance and pay monthly fee around 110,000 KRW.
Foreigners who legally employed by local Korean entity, shouldn't do any further action since they got registered by their employee.
