Eyal Victor Mamou

Founder & CEO


Eyal is a lawyer who has lived and worked in Korea since he founded KOISRA in 2009. He serves as a legal and business consultant to international companies and foreign government agencies helping them to understand and enter the Korean market. Since 2016, Eyal serves as mentor at the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, a government agency to support foreign jobs placements. He also serves as Public Board Member at the Israeli Export Institute. In addition, Eyal is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of KSP, a Korean based tech startups accelerator which support Korean startups to enter the global market. 

Eyal is a licensed Israeli Lawyer and holds Master in Business Law from Tel Aviv University.

Carla joined KOISRA in 2010, bringing with her over 20 years of knowledge in international trade and commercial operations for foreign companies in Korea. She has extensive experience in market entry strategy, commercial negotiations, regulatory compliance, companies formation, management and organizational advisory, HR and corporate administration for large and startups companies in a variety of industries. In 2014 she joined as general manager at KSP, a Korean based startups accelerator. Prior to joining KOISRA, Carla ran her own trade & export company in and dealt with international buyers and cross border transactions.

Carla holds a bachelor’s degree from Ewha Womans University. 

Naomi Hwang

Naomi joined KOISRA in 2023 as Business Developer. Her presence has been instrumental in assisting our clients to seamlessly penetrate the Korean market. Possessing an extensive understanding of Korean society and culture, she adeptly crafts efficient business development strategies, conceptualizes ingenious market entry solutions, and offers invaluable assistance in market and regulatory research. Before joining KOISRA, Naomi's professional journey encompassed a stint as a reporter at a prominent Korean news agency, followed by dedicated service as a senior civil servant at the Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Naomi holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from University of California, Berkeley.
