The National Tax Service (NTS) of Korea has published the annual 2020 "Easy Guide for Foreigners' Year-end Tax Settlement" providing information on changes to the tax laws to enhance the convenience of foreign employees and their withholding agent (local Korean employers).
Year-end 2018 Tax Settlement for Foreign Workers in Korea
According to the recent update by the South Korean National Tax Service (NTS), any foreign who work or worked in Korea shall fill up their year-end 2018 tax settlement by the end February 2019, that regardless of their nationality or the length of stay.
