Customer Service Representative - Position #2003

For a growing Online Language Education business in Seoul we are looking for service oriented candidate to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a representative We you will be required to speak over the phone with customers, listen to their issues and then offer relevant solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

  • Assisting customers by phone calls and email messaging regarding product problems, technical issues, service questions and general client concerns
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
  • Manage, update and read from support and sales scripts
  • Promote, educate and sell online education courses and relevant products
  • Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers
  • Korean national (this position isn't open for expat)
  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • Korean language at Native/bilingual level  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • English language at Intermediate level (reading and writing skills, sometimes need to talk via phone)
  • Experience in teamwork
  • Basic technical knowledge for PC and Internet operation
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • Advantage: previous experience in customer service positions
